Position Overview

  • The site manager is responsible to work with the staff and take on assignments to build leadership, car wash knowledge, and other key projects to gain experience and as well towards overall growth of the site.
  • The Site Manager will:
  • Directs the activities of the car wash.
  • Contribute to creating Elite customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage cross-functional coordination & facilitate internal communications essential functions
  • Leads recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for site team.
  • Participates in or support project and process improvement teams.


Position Duties

  • Arrive and depart from work at times designated by your schedule and/or supervisor’s request.
  • Maintain an accurate timekeeping that properly records arrivals, departures, and breaks daily.
  • Direct and supervise employees. Appropriately addresses employee performance issues and recognizes good performance.
  • Execute open & close duties and follow designated procedures.
  • Manages sales and volume at the site level by directing on-site sales and promotional efforts. Prepares daily deposits, safe reconciliations and other reports as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper training and development of site staff is to company standards.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all associates and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
  • Address customer complaints.
  • Assist with cash management.
  • Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment.
  • Provide customers with information and benefits of the fast pass program.
  • Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
  • Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
  • Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed and ensure the same for all other associates.
  • Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
  • Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed when conducting work activities;
  • Help maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
  • Use equipment and tools safely.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary: clothing, footwear, safety glasses, etc.
  • Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and dress.
  • Perform any other duties/functions as assigned by management.
  • Work in an effective and professional manner with associates, vendors, and customers.
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values and our Code of Business Conduct.
  • Report all accidents. Further, report any situation or condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of our associates or customers.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and other associates regardless of their age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, dress, or demeanor.
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Demonstrate good computer skills and working knowledge of car wash computers.
  • Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets for products used in the car wash.
  • Ability to follow directions – orally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively – orally and in writing.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Effective communication skills

  • Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift

Physical Mental Demands, Safety & Working Conditions:

  • Position is predominately outside and weather conditions can change sporadically
  • Position is constantly standing up and moving around to actively assist our customers
  • Employee safety and self-awareness should be utilized at all times around our equipment and customer automobiles
  • You may be asked to lift/move/handle up to, but not limited to 50 pounds of material
  • Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions and safety precautions should be met for compliance
